Chef Texier started his culinary path in France, in Bretagne where he grew up. He left his country to perfect his knowledge. He first worked in prestigious London restaurants, and in the Swiss Alps. In 2014, he came to Montreal where he had the opportunity to work as a Sous-Chef at Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth. Chef Texier Joined Fairmont Tremblant brigade in 2021. He brings all his culinary knowledge, but also his charisma and his excellent teamwork. His cuisine is refined, delicious and precise, everything to satisfy the Fairmont Tremblant guests.
